Position Summary

Currently seeking a Part-Time Trainer for a seasonal position that could evolve into year round employment. The main responsibility of this position is to lead a group of participants through basketball training sessions, promoting continued and sustainable skill development.

Position Responsibilities

  • Skilled and proficient in all training techniques with desire for personal and professional development.
  • Communicate efficiently and effectively with participants and parents regarding all aspects of program delivery.
  • Assess the performance and skill development of each participant. Identify areas of weakness and recommend appropriate drills for continued development.
  • Serve as a positive mentor for participants by following all policies and demonstrating enthusiasm, sense of humor, and self-control.
  • Help maintain cleanliness of space and inventory of equipment.
  • Protect the health, safety, and welfare of all participants.
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures and business ethic codes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of playing experience at the collegiate level or 5 years of coaching experience.
  • Skills in training and instructing the basic fundamentals and concepts of basketball.
  • Desire to work collaboratively with other colleagues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Additional Requirements

  • Must be available to work sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm and Saturdays from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm.
  • Must be able to commit to working January 30, 2016 - May 28, 2016.
  • Requires a background check upon offer.

Compensation
This position is compensated $15 per hour. There is a potential bonus for employees who exceed the aforementioned requirements over the course of their employment.


Position Summary

Currently seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant/Social Media Specialist. The main responsibilities of this position are to provide administrative support to the owners and manage brand monitoring, customer service and community engagement across all social channels. This position will represent BBA professionally and work with information of the most sensitive, highly confidential and critical nature.

Position Responsibilities

       Administrative Assistant Duties

  • Manage incoming and outgoing phone and email communication.
  • Build and maintain a database of customers, prospects and strategic partners.
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including mail and faxes.
  • File and retrieve company documents, records and reports.
  • Manage complex meeting schedules and master calendar.
  • Order and manage inventory of collateral materials, t-shirts, signage, etc.
  • Assist with company event planning, event set-up and hosting duties.
  • Other duties as assigned.

       Social Media Specialist Duties

  • Develop, engage and stimulate interactions within social media/internet communities through daily posts.
  • Monitor online mentions for actionable opportunities and reputation threats; recommend and make timely responses.
  • Leverage monitoring and analytical tools for engagement and reporting purposes. 

Qualifications

  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows 10 and Apple iOS.
  • Exceptional ability to multi-task, meet project deadlines and maintain flexibility with work hours as required.
  • Detailed oriented and highly organized.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Additional Requirements

  • Must be available to work 2-3 hours per day, Monday – Friday.
  • Requires a background check upon offer.

Compensation
This position is compensated $10 per hour.
