Listed below are the training programs offered to participants with short descriptions of each:
WEEKEND WARRIORS
Weekend Warriors is a 4-week training program for participants in Grades K-8. Players meet once a week, typically on Saturday afternoons. Players are separated into two groups based on skill level: Beginner and Intermediate/Advanced. The focus of this program is on teaching young athletes the fundamentals of the game to help build a solid foundation for years to come. Players will learn basic skills like footwork, dribbling, passing, shooting and playing defense. This program will also cover the basic rules of the game, key concepts, court layout and player positions.
Program Fee: $100
SOLO SOLUTIONS
Solo Solutions is for serious players seeking individual instruction to improve their games. Players will train in all disciplines of performance to accelerate individual development and on-court production. Through position-specific drills and advanced fundamentals, players will enhance their strengths and improve their weaknesses with the aid of customized workouts. There may not be an "i" in team, but every team needs a leader!
Program Fee: $75 Per Hour
This program is open to all ages, including adults.
TEAM TACTICS
Team Tactics is a program for teams of 5 or more players seeking to improve mental toughness, on-court communication, chemistry, and overall competitiveness. In addition to fundamental and advanced drill sequences, these sessions will also include game-simulation drills and scrimmages.
Program Fee: $150 Per Hour*
*If a team has more than 10 players, an additional fee will be incurred.
This program is open to elementary, middle and high school teams.
